Pastors Zane and Jan Anderson have served as Senior Pastors of Victory since 1995.  With over 35 years of ministry experience they are proven pastors with a strong apostolic and prophetic anointing to not only model what it is to be a shepherd but to mentor the next generation of leaders. Under their leadership during the last decade Victory has experienced explosive growth. They have led the charge as Victory is now considered an “emerging” church of Southern Arizona and has matured to well over 3,000 people.
