The Back to School Fair is an outreach designed for children of needy families who cannot afford to purchase school clothes, school supplies, or have a physical or dental examination. Last year approximately 200 children were assisted through this outreach. For eligibility, please read the qualifications below and complete the form. Completion of this form does NOT guarantee the child will be accepted, as spaces are limited. The child will be notified by letter if the request has been accepted.
